The Business Liaison Association was celebrating its ANNUAL AWARDS PRESENTATION function to recognise the achievements of secondary school students throughout FNQ. The presentation was held at Wednesday 29th November at the Pullman Cairns International.
Secondary School Students were presented awards in 21 categories.
Schools from throughout Far North Qld have applied for these wonderful awards. All the Awards are sponsored by local industry groups and students are required to submit a Resume, Application and prepare for an interview with an Industry Panel.
Angela Toppin, Chairperson of the Business Liaison Assn, commends students and business sponsors for supporting the youth of Far North Qld. "Annually the Association provides $60 000 towards Awards, Competitions and Bursaries, and we are extremely proud of this collaboration".
