Aspire Awards

The Annual Aspire Awards aim to provide incentives and opportunities for secondary students in a range of curriculum areas.  Students are encouraged to enter and participate in a selection of 22 Awards and Competition Categories.

Most award categories require an application process, judging and possibly interview process. These awards are not only judged by an industry panel but also financed by industry sponsors who seek to promote opportunities in their respective industry or profession. The Business Liaison Association has offered awards since 1993, however the Annual Awards as they were known were first offered in 2000 with six awards and competition categories, and six awards sponsors. In 2018 the Association proudly offered 21 awards and competitions with 42 industry sponsors and supporters.

Students in Far North Qld are uniquely placed to take advantage of these excellent opportunities and further their career pathways as they exit year 12.
