2025 Cairns Careers Expo 

Thank you to everyone that attened the

2025 CAIRNS CAREERS EXPO

This high-profile event will be held at the Fred Moule Pavilion at the Cairns Showgrounds on Thursday 21 August 2025.

Event Opening Times: 8:30am to 4:00pm

The majority of schools will be onsite in the morning, so we suggest that the public attends between 1:00pm and 4:00pm to make the most of their time without having to compete with over 1,000 students at any one time. The expo attracts over 4,500 attendees on the day!

Thanks to the generous support of so many sponsors throughout the region, we are able to stage this excellent event for our community.

The Expo brings together a vast range of education and career providers to inspire our community and students in Years 10, 11, and 12 with their decision-making. Our exhibitors consist of a large cross-section of vocational providers, apprenticeship and traineeship providers, strong industry representation, and tertiary/university institutions who will be there to answer all your questions.

This Expo is the only event of its kind in Far North Queensland — and it is also open to the general public, parents, job seekers, and those looking for information on a career change. We welcome you to come along.
