2026 CAIRNS CAREERS EXPO

Thank You for Attending the 2026 Cairns Careers Expo

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2026 Cairns Careers Expo, held at the Fred Moule Pavilion at the Cairns Showgrounds on Thursday, 4 June 2026.

The Expo welcomed almost 5,000 secondary students, increased attendance from members of the general public, and more than 130 exhibitors from across education, training and industry.

The event brought together a diverse range of vocational education and training providers, apprenticeship and traineeship organisations, employers, industry representatives, universities and tertiary institutions. Attendees had the opportunity to speak directly with exhibitors, ask questions and explore a wide range of study, training and career pathways.

As the only event of its kind in Far North Queensland, the Expo also welcomed parents, job seekers, members of the wider community and those considering a career change.

Thank you to our exhibitors, schools, students, community members, volunteers and event partners for contributing to another successful Cairns Careers Expo.
