350 students enjoyed presentations from healthcare professionals at the annual JCU Careers in Health Breakfast run in conjunction with the BLA each year. This event is an opportunity for students to find out about the wide range of careers available at JCU in the health sector.
The JCU Alumni panel included Speech Pathologist - Meaghan Mannix, Occupational Therapist - Hannah Nicholson, Physiotherapist - Tim Lowcock, Junior Doctor - Dr Caitlin Fiegert and Senior Cancer Care Pharmacist - Brooke Snow. The students had the opportunity to be involved in a Q&A session after breakfast as well as an informal chat with the panel members before heading back to school.
