JCU Cairns Open Day
JCU Open Day allows future students and their families to explore the Cairns campus, meet staff and current students, tour facilities and learn more about university life. Attendees can speak one-on-one with academics, ask questions about courses and career pathways, and obtain information about applications, entry requirements and student support. The event is particularly valuable for senior secondary students who are comparing study options or planning their transition from school to tertiary education.

Exploring the World of Veterinary Science Webinar
Have you always dreamed of working with animals, or are you already employed in the industry and looking to expand your knowledge and career opportunities?
Join James Cook University’s Exploring the World of Veterinary Science Webinar to learn more about studying veterinary science and the pathways available through JCU’s College of Science and Engineering.
During the webinar, prospective students will receive practical information about the Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours), including course content, hands-on learning experiences, placement opportunities and the specialised rural and tropical veterinary skills developed throughout the degree.
