On the 26 March 2020, Wendy and I moved the BLA Office to our homes to work like the rest of Australia. Rest assured that for an "extroverted hugger" this certainly presented challenges. Learning to work on my own again, getting up to date with Zoom software, and let's not forget that as a Mum we had to throw homeschooling of teenagers into the mix...
On a positive side, it has provided us with time to get a jump on co-ordinating all our upcoming events scheduled for the last 6 months of this year and complete tasks that we never seem to find time for (eg digital housekeeping). We are looking forward to moving back into the office in the JCU City Campus once the social distancing restrictions are lifted.
